Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR3A3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR3A3 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher OR3A3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR3A3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

THCA, LUSC, and PRAD are the cancer types where OR3A3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
