OR2Z1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2Z1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2Z1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTMR3, EXPH5, and RRBP1. Each is linked with OR2Z1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2Z1-to-partner and partner-to-OR2Z1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTMR3 grouped by OR2Z1-low versus OR2Z1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2Z1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2Z1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
