Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2W6P RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR2W6P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher OR2W6P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2W6P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and BLCA show a favorable association.

OV, CHOL, and BLCA are the cancer types where OR2W6P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
