Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2V2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR2V2 data layer compared with 11 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher OR2V2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2V2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, UCEC, and ACC are the cancer types where OR2V2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
