OR2T5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2T5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2T5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOC2L, EXPH5, and OGFRL1. Each is linked with OR2T5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2T5-to-partner and partner-to-OR2T5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2T5→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2T5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
