Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2T34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,051 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2T34-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Organelle fusion, Pigmentation, and Glycerolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with OR2T34 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2T34-to-partner and partner-to-OR2T34 results are reported.
