Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2T34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR2T34-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXPH5, OGFRL1, and TTLL4. Each is linked with OR2T34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2T34-to-partner and partner-to-OR2T34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXPH5 grouped by OR2T34-low versus OR2T34-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2T34→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2T34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
