Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2T33 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR2T33 data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher OR2T33 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2T33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ESCA, STAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where OR2T33 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
