Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2T12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR2T12 data layer compared with 9 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher OR2T12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2T12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

GBM, LUSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where OR2T12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
