OR2R1P

associated omics data
olfactory receptor family 2 subfamily R member 1, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR2R1P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR2R1P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR2R1P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, OR2R1P RNA expression shows 10,163 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LSCC. Together, these results highlight LUSC, HNSC, and LSCC as cancer lineages where OR2R1P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes OR2R1P survival associations across molecular data types. OR2R1P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (11). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible OR2R1P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High OR2R1P expression shows unfavorable associations in LUSC, MESO and DLBC, but favorable associations in STAD, SKCM and ESCA. The LUSC Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .008). Together, the overview and detailed table identify LUSC as the clearest survival context for OR2R1P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for OR2R1P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. OR2R1P shows lower tumor expression in LUSC and higher tumor expression in HNSC, KIRC, STAD and ESCA. The HNSC box plot shows higher OR2R1P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.059, t-test p < 0.001).

Cross-omics associations

This table shows molecular features associated with OR2R1P in patient tissues and cancer cell lines. In patient samples, OR2R1P shows the broadest associations at the RNA and protein expression levels, with LSCC recurring as the lineage with the largest associated feature set.
