OR2M7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2M7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2M7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MATN3, LRP5, and PTPRH. Each is linked with OR2M7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2M7-to-partner and partner-to-OR2M7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MATN3 grouped by OR2M7-low versus OR2M7-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2M7→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2M7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
