OR2M3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2M3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,489 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2M3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2M4, OR2L5, and OR2L6P. Each is linked with OR2M3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2M3-to-partner and partner-to-OR2M3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2M3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2M3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
