The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher OR2H1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2H1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, CHOL, and SKCM are the cancer types where OR2H1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
