Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2G3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,748 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2G3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TKT, ITGAE, and GTF2H1. Each is linked with OR2G3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2G3-to-partner and partner-to-OR2G3 results are reported.
