OR2G3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2G3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2G3-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK, p62 Lck ligand, and p70-S6K. Each is linked with OR2G3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2G3-to-partner and partner-to-OR2G3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK grouped by OR2G3-low versus OR2G3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2G3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2G3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
