The most reproducible OR2G3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Modulation of inhibitory postsynaptic potential, Regulation of postsynaptic membrane neurotransmitter receptor levels, and Postsynapse to nucleus signaling pathway. Each is linked with OR2G3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2G3-to-partner and partner-to-OR2G3 results are reported.
