The most reproducible OR2C3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein-containing complex assembly, Positive regulation of plasma membrane bounded cell projection assembly, and Organelle fusion. Each is linked with OR2C3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2C3-to-partner and partner-to-OR2C3 results are reported.
