Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2B2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR2B2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher OR2B2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2B2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
LIHC, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where OR2B2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
