Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2B2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, CDK1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with OR2B2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2B2-to-partner and partner-to-OR2B2 results are reported.
