The most reproducible OR2AQ1P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein targeting to membrane, Carbohydrate biosynthetic process, and Protein localization to cell junction. Each is linked with OR2AQ1P in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2AQ1P-to-partner and partner-to-OR2AQ1P results are reported.
