Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2AO1P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR2AO1P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher OR2AO1P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2AO1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and BLCA show a favorable association.
MESO, SKCM, and ACC are the cancer types where OR2AO1P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
