Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2AJ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,745 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2AJ1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule-based transport, Transport along microtubule, and Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport. Each is linked with OR2AJ1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2AJ1-to-partner and partner-to-OR2AJ1 results are reported.
