Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2AG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,261 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2AG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FNDC3A, CRELD2, and CTNNA1. Each is linked with OR2AG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2AG1-to-partner and partner-to-OR2AG1 results are reported.
