OR2A9P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2A9P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,819 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2A9P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epithelial cilium movement involved in determination of left/right asymmetry, GPI anchor metabolic process, and Phosphatidylethanolamine biosynthetic process. Each is linked with OR2A9P in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2A9P-to-partner and partner-to-OR2A9P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2A9P→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2A9P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
