Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1S2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,899 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1S2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, Positive regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with OR1S2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1S2-to-partner and partner-to-OR1S2 results are reported.
