Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR1S1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1S1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTL3, TECTB, and OR10G3. Each is linked with OR1S1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1S1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1S1 results are reported.
