Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,617 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyubiquitination, Non-motile cilium assembly, and Nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with OR1P1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1P1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1P1 results are reported.
