OR1N1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1N1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1N1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, p90 RSK, and PARP1. Each is linked with OR1N1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1N1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1N1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by OR1N1-low versus OR1N1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1N1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1N1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
