Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR1L6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR1L6 data layer compared with 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher OR1L6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR1L6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SARC, STAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where OR1L6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
