OR1L4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1L4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,889 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1L4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLDIP2, RANBP10, and MRPL47. Each is linked with OR1L4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1L4-to-partner and partner-to-OR1L4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR1L4 versus POLDIP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1L4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1L4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
