OR1L4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1L4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1L4-associated genes across cancer lineages are AR, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and JNK2. Each is linked with OR1L4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1L4-to-partner and partner-to-OR1L4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AR grouped by OR1L4-low versus OR1L4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1L4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1L4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
