OR1L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1L1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Paxillin, PCNA, and PDCD4. Each is linked with OR1L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1L1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Paxillin grouped by OR1L1-low versus OR1L1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
