OR1L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR1L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 134 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUOX1, DNAH6, and ASB10. Each is linked with OR1L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1L1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUOX1 grouped by OR1L1-low versus OR1L1-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
