OR1H1P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1H1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,000 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1H1P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, Transport along microtubule, and Protein-containing complex localization. Each is linked with OR1H1P in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1H1P-to-partner and partner-to-OR1H1P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport grouped by OR1H1P-low versus OR1H1P-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1H1P→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1H1P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
