Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1G1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,854 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1G1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Stem cell differentiation, Notch signaling pathway, and Neural crest cell differentiation. Each is linked with OR1G1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1G1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1G1 results are reported.
