Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR1G1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 275 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1G1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHDC7A, AHNAK, and FBXW7. Each is linked with OR1G1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1G1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1G1 results are reported.
