OR1D5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1D5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 792 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1D5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF2F2, RNU6-440P, and CCL27. Each is linked with OR1D5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1D5-to-partner and partner-to-OR1D5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GTF2F2 grouped by OR1D5-low versus OR1D5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1D5→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1D5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
