OR1D5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR1D5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 131 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1D5-associated genes across cancer lineages are XRN2, UTP20, and MYO5C. Each is linked with OR1D5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1D5-to-partner and partner-to-OR1D5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XRN2 grouped by OR1D5-low versus OR1D5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1D5→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1D5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
