OR1D2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1D2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, MEK1, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with OR1D2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1D2-to-partner and partner-to-OR1D2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
