OR1D2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR1D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52K1, TMEM239, and PABPN1L. Each is linked with OR1D2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1D2-to-partner and partner-to-OR1D2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
