The most reproducible OR1D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TARS2, NTRK2, and EPHA8. Each is linked with OR1D2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1D2-to-partner and partner-to-OR1D2 results are reported.
