OR13H1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR13H1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR13H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAR1AP2, RNU7-4P, and LIN7C. Each is linked with OR13H1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR13H1-to-partner and partner-to-OR13H1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAR1AP2 grouped by OR13H1-low versus OR13H1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR13H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR13H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
