OR13D1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR13D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,404 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR13D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB5IF, RRP9, and TUBA1B. Each is linked with OR13D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR13D1-to-partner and partner-to-OR13D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAB5IF grouped by OR13D1-low versus OR13D1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR13D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR13D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
