Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR13D1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR13D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and PCNA. Each is linked with OR13D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR13D1-to-partner and partner-to-OR13D1 results are reported.
