Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR13C2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR13C2 data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher OR13C2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR13C2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG and SKCM are the cancer types where OR13C2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
