OR13C2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR13C2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 508 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR13C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ39, TRAJ47, and TRAJ5. Each is linked with OR13C2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR13C2-to-partner and partner-to-OR13C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ39 grouped by OR13C2-low versus OR13C2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR13C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR13C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
