OR13C2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR13C2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 148 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR13C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAAL1, DNAH11, and KCNG1. Each is linked with OR13C2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR13C2-to-partner and partner-to-OR13C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAAL1 grouped by OR13C2-low versus OR13C2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR13C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR13C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
