Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR13A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,486 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR13A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC3H6, RPS19BP1, and RNU6-705P. Each is linked with OR13A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR13A1-to-partner and partner-to-OR13A1 results are reported.
