Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR11H2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,716 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR11H2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4422, MIR6133, and RNU6-366P. Each is linked with OR11H2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR11H2-to-partner and partner-to-OR11H2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR11H2 versus MIR4422 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR11H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR11H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
