Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR10W1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR10W1 data layer compared with 9 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher OR10W1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR10W1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and COAD show a favorable association.

LIHC, UCEC, and LAML are the cancer types where OR10W1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
